Home sale numbers seem to be low in South Jordan Utah Real Estate last month. About 37 homes have been reported as sold in South Jordan MLS. Both yearly and monthly change of sales dropped in the market. There was a 37.29 percent decline in terms of year over year change of sales from 59 sold homes in July 2010. The number sold homes made during July 2010 was also down 54.3 percent from 81 sold homes in June 2010.
South Jordan Utah Real Estate got a median sold price of $290,000 last July 2010 of which dropped 3.97 percent from $305,000 of July 2009. The months of inventory went up to 12.97 from 6.54. Home sales were on 61 median days on market.
As of now, South Jordan Utah Homes has 480 actively listed residential houses for sale of which 131 are under contract properties in the market. The effect of the just expired tax credit for first home buyers had really change the curve of sales in the area of Salt Lake County where South Jordan Ut Homes have been affected after Spring season.
