April 2010 Home Sales in South Jordan increased 19.1%

Home Sales in South Jordan Utah Real Estate made again a good performance in the market last month. There was an increase for both monthly change of sales and a year over year change in the home buying and selling arena.

Last month, a monthly increased of 19.1 percent was made possible of which 68 homes were sold out in the market. That is 13 more homes sold compared with March 2010 home sales. The year over year change in South Jordan Ut Homes showed off 14.71 percent increase. In terms of median sold price, it went down to $267250 from $284500 of March 2010 and $318644 of April last year.

There are 516 actively listed properties for this month and 164 went under contract in South Jordan Utah Real Estate .
