South Jordan home sale number increased 23.6% during March 2010 sales

South Jordan Utah Real Estate has garnered good numbers in the market last month. March home sales showed off 23.6 percent increase which sold out 55 homes in the market compared to February this year.

A year over year change had also increased 1.82 percent compared to March 2009. There was a 10.15 months of inventory implying that it’s really a buyer’s market in South Jordan Utah Homes.

Last month, sold homes includes single family homes, condos, possible short sale homes and the like.
